Liza's interest in beauty began during her tomboy years. She loved working on her Father's shrimp boat but daydreamed of also living the girly-girl life. She thanks her parents for promoting a strong work ethic and her Aunt Janet for encouraging her feminine side. Janet shared her love of stylish haircuts, pretty clothes, and that a lighted makeup mirror was an absolute must.
Liza originally was a cosmetologist but then followed her Mother into the nursing field; but even before graduation her entrepreneurial spirit beckoned. She decided then to open her first salon.
Years later, the salt in her blood led to a small fishing village of Shellman Bluff where she did hair for fourteen years. The opportunity arose and she assessed a need for a full-service spa. A month
later, Liza & Co was born!!
Her energy and creative designs quickly became established in Shellman and before long Liza's faithful clientele encouraged her to expand her one-chair salon to accommodate the growing community.
Liza & Co now enjoys three hairstylists, a nail specialist, a massage therapist along with a trendy chic boutique and up-and-coming skin care professionals. She and her staff also enjoy educating their customers in person, and through how-to videos, and beauty blogs.
No matter what your needs are, when it comes to full-service beauty care, you'll find Liza making sure her customers are satisfied with her kind, caring, experienced and professional persona. She looks forward to providing all your beauty needs.
Liza is also the proud mother of Lauren Eliza and her three beautiful Grandchildren.

My name is Ashley Osburn, I am married to the love of my life and a mother to amazing kids. I was born and raised in Ludowici, Ga. During my free time I love to fish, ride dirt roads, and spend time with family and friends.
My passion in life has always been helping people. I feel I found my calling with a career in massage therapy. Being an MT gives me the opportunity to assist my clients, not only with their mental well-being but with physiological pain as well. Using minimally invasive treatments such as deep tissue and Swedish massage allows them to carry on with their day-to-day lives while eliminating recovery time. Understanding how the human body functions as a whole has provided me with the resources to hear my client's issues and correct them in a relaxing and peaceful environment. I love my career and going home every day knowing I made a difference in someone's life is something I strive not to take for granted. I believe massage therapy is an excellent source of self-care and when used hand in hand with your primary medical treatment is a necessary part of one's health and overall well-being.

My name is Rosemary Warren. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I have two beautiful sons and am so proud to be their Mom. They both served in the USMC and now reside in Effingham County.
I married the love of my life and moved to Effingham in 1989. We were weekend warriors here in Shellman Bluff and after 30 years decided to move here permanently.
Shellman is an amazing community in which we live and we love it! Being a cosmetologist for over 30 years I find great pleasure in making people feel good about themselves. I take pride in my work and their happiness determines mine.
I have met some wonderful people since being here and I am so glad to serve this community!

As an MNT(Medical Nail Technician, I am trained to recognize issues with the toenails and feet and refer to a podiatrist if necessary. Diabetic foot care, people with chronic illnesses usually suffer with problematic feet. A waterless pedicure targets the wellness and health of the feet by providing a more efficient technique to restore foot health. This sets me apart from a traditional nail technician. Her journey in the world of cosmetology began with a fascination for beauty and a keen eye for detail. Some of Alexis’s favorite services to offer are lived in color, balayage, grey blending, bridal hair and makeup as well as lash extensions.
Outside of her professional life, Alexis is a mother of two. Her eldest child is an avid softball player. Alexis can often be found cheering from the bleachers, supporting her daughter's passion for sports.
Her younger child has a unique fondness for the outdoors. They absolutely adore riding around on their family's golf cart, especially along the scenic Shellman Bluff. During baseball and football season, Alexis loves to spend time cheering on the Braves and GA Bulldogs with her significant other, Matthew!
